Simple 75cm Rail

Unfortunately, the material quality and design of these rails did not meet my expectations from the Joon brand. It took almost a month to get the 60cm rails via Yuppiechef and they were in a poor condition on arrival (with unsightly scratches on the finish and the ends of the screws not fitting in the holes properly), so I had to request a refund. I then decided to order straight from Joon and try the 75cm rails, hoping the rails would be delivered in a better condition. Again, it took ages to get the order (3+ weeks) only for me to open yet another set of rails with all kinds of defects, ranging from scratches to a bubbly appearance and blotchy black powder coating. Only one rail was in a good condition, which tells me quality control is lacking. Joon's team offered to replace the 3 defected rails with 3 new ones, of which 2 had scratches on the parts of the rail that will go against the wall...Not a big deal, but in principle, I ended up with only 2 rails in good condition after 2+ months. It's disappointing to have to wait unnecessarily long for locally made products that turn up in such a poor condition. I would expect this poor experience had I ordered a mass-produced batch of rails from some big factory with a much lower price point -- not from a local company that markets itself in the way Joon does.

We love the sleek, minimalistic design that fits in perfectly with the rest of our bathroom finishes. The only thing we would love more is if it was available in a double rail.
